Angels Dust

Again I have only been able to watch the condensed version of the game, but there were a few plays I would like to mention.

• Hillenbrand hits another double, a line drive down the left field line. Now he has more extra base hits than balls hit within ten feet of the warning track or further.
• Two very nice catches from Matthews that kept two runs from scoring.
• When I saw the ball come of the bat on Napoli’s home run, I was absolutely sure that was an outfield pop-up. How did it carry that far??? Unbelievable!
• Why is Willits bunting in the third inning of a game? That’s just stupid. Has he orders from above to work on his bunting skills? Had he tried to get on base, OC’s line drive home run (nice!) could have been a three run shot instead.
• Nice misplay by Guerrero on Guillen’s liner. That ball would have “ticket to Salt Lake” tattooed on it had that been Murphy in right field. Also, was Guerrero nailed to the ground on Ordonez home run? Cause that could not be called jumping.
• Oliver didn’t do anything to help his cause and thank god that OC made that catch to end the game. Puh. Still a nice win though.
